I think Denel maybe said they could put a 120 on a Rooikat to get more orders and only then would they develop it
Afaik they started to build the first prototype but we wouldn’t be able to confirm that until they release some actual data about it.
Again IIRC they also imported some RR Speys and not for the Buccaneers as they had afterburners which Bucc’s do not.
But as i implied theres next to no data/info on it so we don’t know.

Yeah so could be suggested as an unfinished prototype if there were any information about its final design, but given F-111K denial i’m not sure that would stand any chance of being added.
Which brings me round to a prior question.
Is the Supermarine Type 545 actual feasible for addition as it never flew (other than a rumour an off-the-books test was conducted) but the proto was completed?
