2D was an early access Israeli vehicle, so store only. Never a GE vehicle.

It just comes and goes, I picked it up 2 years ago and it’s still my favorite German TD, helped me grind the tree drastically and I had fun while doing it, which says something

Still sad though, especially for a nation that hasnt received a TT WWII plane for over 5 years now.
Makes sense, players who could be looking towards a certain vehicle may be more likely to buy it if it only comes around at a certain time because they know it’ll be a while before they see it again.
If it’s just there and easily accessible, players won’t have to be in a rush to get it.

Normally, there’s no set rule. However, it’s unfair to remove a purchasing option without providing a replacement. There’s an unreasonable gap between 9.0 and 11.0. Why can other nations have several options, but Israel can’t? If there’s no replacement, what was the reason for removing it? Again, there’s not always rotation. The Shot is not a replacement for the Merkava 2D.

Store premiums can come back as GE premiums, event vehicles can come back in loot crates as we’ve seen. So far, once a GE premium is removed, it has only ever come back for rare full-price flash sales. (Note: one exception: all the nine vehicles removed in 2021 returned for the Dec '22 SL lootbox, that’s the only time a previous GE vehicle ended up in a lootbox so far). Since I doubt they’re doing a whole lot more of those, it’s likely these are all just GONE, Ki-96 included (see note on the lootbox exception, above).
Yeah it’s junk as a vehicle, but it’s still history.

Hey i dont make the rules i just follow the pattern. Gaijin did technically replace the 2D with the Raam. That follows their current pattern.

Well then I also have a question of where the devs got the info for the turret as other sources for this type of turret puts it at 105mm. Rn its 100m for some reason.
Once the report has been reviewed by the devs, we will have an answer.
