the RCH-155 is also being ordered by the german army, and the Qatar one its just a PUMA turret on a boxer wich germany is also ordering already, the one from algeria is a Boxer CRV Block 2, and it uses the same turret as the KF-41
No self defense vs it’s own vehicles means that it has absolutely no guns or missiles. The A-6E can still mount missiles and gunpods.
New mechanic would likely refer to stealth.
I get what no self defense means, the “vs its own vehicles” is what confuses me
Does the EF-111A Raven have self defence?
ECM or HARMs is higher on my list of new mechanics than stealth

I personally just interpret it as a very rough translation (from Chinese I assume). I think they meant “no self defense vs it’s own kind/type of vehicles” that was botched by the translation.
But again that is just my interpretation.
