Try the hangar text at the bottom. Put it under “use_eac” and see if it works.

For everyone not knowing WTF to do versus SAMs (especially the OSA intercepting everything):
I’m tired of watching everyone YEETing their HARMs and other ARMs from the other side of the map and them getting intercepted
fly low, fire arms at 4km, pull away, thats how i do it

I would like to really like this new mode, I really want to do it (also because it’s EC). But it currently feels way too halfheartedly implemented.
Short-Range AA spam at targets which break the laws of their vehicles (intercepting effectively every A2G munition while simultaneously taking you out of the sky, ignoring multipath and terrain).
Just constantly spawning targets spread over the frontline with exactly zero points of interest (except airfields). No single high value targets which feel like they could make a change, no “side quests”, really lackluster rewards for ground attack, etc.
The consequence is a really stale gameloop consisting of take-off, look for targets, drop your munitions/intercept enemies, b2b or get shot down by magic surface-to-air wands. Rinse and repeat. No escort missions, no defense/attack missions (which could give additional points to the team which wins these missions), no frontline offensives, etc., so much potential wasted :(
quick q does it work if you don’t own a rank 7 plane for said countries
Tried a match of the event, not sure if I got any event score, as the battle would never end.
I died far more than I did anything (you needing to spend SL to spawn is the worst thing Gaijin has done), which made it clear I can’t fly jets, along with many other issues of the game mode.
april fools events are normally just future mechanic tests, its not gonna be well polished but those dam OSAs man, its like they have 100g over load and tvc
That’s one of the methods that will work, yes. There are others, especially if you work as a team. I know this is probably not gonna happen if you’re not in a squad (can you be in a squad? I haven’t tried yet) but when it happens, it’s a magical world.
its works for me perfectly fine, i dont do squads at all, you will die doing that strat but its only 1-3k SL for a jet i got 2-4 kills per jet doing that as well
If you open the hangar.blk you can use CTRL + F and search b_52h or tu_95m and change:
rank:ip2=1, 7
to whatever rank you want. Only change the 7 though.

I cant even get to 4km before im dead beacuse most of the map is flat
hug the ground, stay 1-3m off a tree, works for me
literally what im doing they need to nerf the AI tbh
