Of course! But as the performance fetishist that I am, I hope this tank is implemented in its full glory as a full-fledged 12.7, rather than underperforming, lacking or capped to be 12.3, hahah.
If it should have 600mm KE, spall liners and 3rd gen thermals… let it be that way, and it will be wonderful!
If it’s lacking any of those things, well… I am happy some will still look forward to it, maybe I will still use it to replace Type 90, but it would be a bit disappointing, hahah.

Spall liners are smth I’ve never been able to clarify on, only Singaporean 2SG has (semi-)confirmed Liners at least in the turret and 3rd Gen Thermals - AFAIK the 2RI still has original Themals.
That sucks. Only so much fuel one can carry within those dimensions, even if it is (rumoured to be) a dual pulse missile. I hear it also has thrust vectoring?
Now idk If the Armor on the Leopard 2RI is identical to what the 2A5 or 2A6 have (basically 2A7 levels) or if its the same as the 2A4 plating im unsure about that but its still kinda tanky on the hull. But From what i know that its not gonna be as effective as say the 2PL in a few areas, like the Commander sight isnt the PERI sight you find on more modern Leopard 2s (so no Thermals there or at least from the Pictures im seeing its the same as the Leopard 2A4 commander sight).
Its a 2A4 with Strv 122B+'s add-on kit essentially (at least IRL, idk how its being implemented).

We gonna see how its gonna be implemented. Gonna be a decent Addition but i have a few doubts in a few areas like the hull armor or the turret protection.

All of the things you mentioned, with the exception of reload speeds (which have always been a soft balance mechanism that we have been clear about) are based on sources the devs have. As with all things, they are open to reports and consideration if more reliable material is located.
