Well France only received the DF105 3-4 years after Germany.
So while it would be logical that both receive the EMBT at the same time, Gaijin doesn’t always do logic.
And yet that’s something that’s been changed
Your talking about something they did literally years ago what has been changed recently so when applicable vehicles will be added to all nations available
