A tornado Gr1 with its 1576 CMs, Full ground radar, all of its A2G weapons, Its correct A2A weapons, Sky Shadow, etc etc. My god, that would be a fun aircraft this update.
Tornado F3 with Aim-9Ms (should be ASRAAM) and Aim-120Bs (Should be Aim-120C5s) and full DL would actually mean the Tornado F3 would have BR appropriate weapons and might stand a chance vs 12/12.3s

Top tier radars evidently have no issues locking onto low flying targets. It’s just gaijins logic that every missile will just fail when a plane flies even remotely close to the ground, which is annoying because this allows for very braindead tactics to completely avoid a major set of weapons

Gr1 has some advantages like BOL rails, but all of the Tornados are in such a dire state that actually finishing them would probably consistute the same amount effort as adding an entire new aircraft would be

It also doesnt help that players have no insentive to fly higher. IRL they are had rules about how low they could fly.
Sweden has finish subtree, USA tested spits, UK have literally nothing in common with F/A-18
well they both have the 9.13 radar but somehow got hurt more by the MiG-29 Radar nerf from a while ago I guess
however It may be that my tactic and preferred maps are the cause for this problem
I’d say, unrealistic tactics call for unrealistic solutions. Lower the limit for all radar missiles can hit so flying low actually becomes dangerous just like it would be irl, pretty much to simulate that
I dont see the argument here, why dont you guys just get an Aussie F18 which is the arguably better one since the Aussies also had super hornets?
