I never actually downloaded the 4th image until recently, but I’m pretty sure it came out on the 28th or 29th of November like the other images. The first part I downloaded on the 26th of November
The GE premium update was uploaded at 14:14 on the day of the devblog.

In fairness he brings the news fastest to YouTube, in its most unfiltered form. Not bad per se, but also not the fleshed out content most other CCs focus on.
