And you said that they are still being developed.
M10 and C2 have only just been completed as KF-41. And in the future they will get an update because they are new constructions.
[Insert my previous statement here]
Oké.
I am sorry but if nation is able to field just one domestic vehicle at rank 1 and 2 + 3 modification at rank 2 that is way too low amount. If that is the case it should just start at rank 3, and yes same should have been done with china.
- China and Israel, and 2. you don’t get to decide that.
I suppose that’s the reason why Israel never got it’s own tree?
Sure, low tier ground may be relatively poor uniqueness wise, but it is absolutely made up for by the very unique aerial low tier.
And no, the Yugoslav air tree is far from the worst. Uniqueness wise it would be superior to Israel.
Between 2016 and now then has been hundreds if not thousands of C&P so why is this even an argument now ?
it doesn’t matter
Wouldnt really call OT-64 and OT-62 modern. Both were designed in late 50s, and their production started in early 60s. OT-64 has a gun from 1949 which uses the same ammo as Soviet AT rifles during WW2, and OT-62B has a low-velocity gun which has penetration comparable to later variants of Panzerfaust. I dont think they would be OP or that weird on those ranks. MR-2 Viktor on the other hand, id agree that one would be weird. I mean, its a Toyota technical with 2 KPVT guns, so it wont do much whenever you put it, but i think it would be a great scout similiarly to Wiesel. There is also a variant equipped with thermals on higher rank, so the Rank III one could easily be removed without the tree missing IMO a preety cool little vehicle
OT-90M ZAMROT: 14.5mm KPVT, Konkurs ATGMs and remote turret
BPsV Sněžka: scout variant with thermals, lacks ATGMs buth has more autocannon ammo
BVP-2M VOP-30: redesigned hull, new turret, thermals, lacks ATGMs
BPsV Svatava: scout variant, crew enlarged to 6, hround radar, 3 extra Malyutka ATGMs, laser rangefinder, supposedly even 36 extra rounds for 73mm cannon but im not sure
BVP-1MA: new turret with 30mm Bushmaster, lacks ATGMs
BVP-1MB: very similiar to MA, could be removed easily
Cobra S: developed in cooperation with Belarus, new turret, Konkurs ATGMs, increased protection with ERA (Probably DYNA)
BVP-M: new turret, thermals, 2 launchers for Konkurs ATGMs
BPsV Istar: similiar to BVP-M, but has also commander thermals. Could be removed or made into researchable modification for the BVP-M
BVP-2M SKCZ: similiar to BPsV Istar, but more armored hull and different commander thermals
BVP-MEXCA: basically BVP-2M SKCZ without thermals. Could be removed
BVP-M1 CZ: BVP-1 with aditional armor which can protect from 14.5mm fire, new turret (different than Slovak variants), otherwise similiar to those before, lacks commander thermals
BVP-2 RCWS-30: new remote turret (same thats on Pandur II) with 30mm Bushmaster and Spike ATGMs
BVP-2M Samson Mk II: very similiar to MEXCA, but with new turret. Similiar capabilities to the previous one, just more armored
As you can see, most of these are actually unique variants with different capabilities, but i do agree that some of them could easily be removed without having much impact on the playability of the tree
6.7 ones dont have laser range finder, 7.3 ones do. 7.3 ones also have slightly better ammo and machinegun
I have to agree that most of the planes past rank III will be copy-paste, but there are still some unique planes out there on higher ranks. As you have already mentioned, attackers would be unique (mainly things like L-159 L-39 would be toptier highlights of the tree), but the we have the MiG-15SB, which is a fighter-bomber version of the MiG-15 that has 6 hardpoints, domestic payload options, drogue chute and even some slight body modifications. Then there are a few variants of S-92, differing not only with number of guns, but also seats and engine power. Another one is MiG-21MFN, upgraded with some NATO systems and ability to be equipped with 6x R-60M. And finally, there there is MiG-29AS and MiG-29UBS, which is a Slovak modernisation again equipped with NATO systems, and which can supposedly even use HARM missiles after some slight modifications
about leaks n shit not wishlisting trees
How do you know are you a dev ?
China air has alot more potential at low tier than it is given. Unfortunately copy+paste is easier.
Then tell me what is the advantage of splitting Yugoslavia as independent from Czechoslovakia and Poland? What is the advantage of having 3 crippled TT which barely fill out ranks instead of one full TT which could easily compete with the big ones already in the game?
I have yet to see good argument why 3 TT are better.
Yugoslavia - crippled
Choose one.
He only wants to play with national vehicles, which would be great, Czechoslovak vehicles would be great, but as an independent nation it wouldn’t work. He doesn’t understand that. And Israel is a very bad example. Half a Tech tree.
Oh, your right. I completely forgot about the OH-1. Its a preety nice heli, but ive heard its armament is kinda meh so it wont probably be ever added (would like to be wrong though)
Because C&P is bad.
But let’s be real the more modern-day the game gets the less unique stuff there is. Because unless we get a Total War or another full-scale Cold War most nations like to buy abroad as it is cheaper right now and there isn’t much of a need for domestic industry in this day and age(tho that looks like it will change soon)
Most of the Nations we can get come for their WW2 and Cold War stuff, not modern as that’s not everything.
In my opinion there is no reason to split CZ and PL, but YU should definitely be independent.
I’ll name some advantages:
- More longevity for Gaijin, possibility of adding more nations gradually in the future
- Better national lineups, you’re playing a nation, not soup
- You won’t have the issue of missing out your nation of interests vehicles being represented in a larger tree
I could name more but here’s three that you asked
Yugoslavia with Romanian sub-tree possibly?
