Yeah thats the point, rank 8 by itself can be classified as a big update
RP reductions for new ranks tend to happen after. Not during the update they join the game. It’s always been the case.

It’s an hungarian version of Leopard 2A7+, Leopard 2A7HU. Leopard 2A7V does have ability to add on armor but AFAIK Heer still not bought such package

Yeah the TT has to be the clip as the streetfighter has a Brimstone launcher but the launcher was a mock up apparently

to be fair the 2A7HU wasnt seen with them either, the same graphics exist for the 2a7v as well
