the problem is that the people who enjoy ground pounding have 2 options play ground rb and be called the scum of the earth for ruining ground rb, or play sim where the game plays completely differently

I personally only play EC sim, and it’s totally possible to ground pound there. I will admit the targets are pretty stale though, aside from convoys the boats don’t respawn, the bases and ground battles are also pretty boring
thats the problem some people just dont like sim, im personally not that into it because it feels unless you have an actual set up you are just going to lose to someone who does
Hotas or M&K is not required and I’d argue you can be nearly, if not as effective on controller as on Hotas. However the default controls setups for sim are atrocious… So many people out there fly with terrible controls setups and are like not even 10% as effective as someone who put 1 or 2 hours into researching a proper controls setup. A lot of the best sim players I know fly on controller actually.
huh fair i just dont want to spend hours trying to get a control setup for a game mode i might not even enjoy

Yep, I totally get where you’re coming from and that’s exactly why sim players numbers are so low right now.

Update will drop close to Christmas maybe coincide with the sale to generate revenue. It’s only natural
The update vehicles won’t be included in the sale anyway so there isn’t much reason for the 2 to really coincide.
But you are right. 18-12 to 22-12 is the most likely release window.
