And Japan had two variants designed for them, whereas Britain had nothing like that for the F-14 or F-15, as I have said thrice now. They are in different situations. A nation considering something is not the same as entirely separate variants being designed for a nation.

I have it on good authority that some engineer made some scribblings of a f16 designed entirely for Germany . they changed a few knobs, buttons and made the flaps .02% bigger
The F-111K was Brought, designed and almost built by Britain yet no plans what so ever to add it

The XF-2A is significantly better than the F-16A bl 10 and 15, but okay.

The XF-2A will be at a higher BR than the F-16AJ if it’s added and fulfill a different overall role, so no, you are incorrect.
I feel like the most unlikely but best thing UK could get is a CF-188 but that’s really really unlikely
The next best thing is a JAS 39 Gripen which again is unlikely
The most likely is a Sea Harrier fa2 which I would have to see come because it will be pretty DOA

it almost had the brochure printed until the same engineer at General Dynamic’s realised that this is the same Germany that decided it was a good idea to use a damn F-104 as a low level bomber and that they didnt want their lifes work ruined
Gaijin does do some lackluster justification for adding a vehicle to fill gaps, occasionally setting bad presidents for the future.
But unless other nation were drawn in, we would be stuck with Phantom at top tier in Japan. And that would probably not do good things for player numbers of that nation
bro what are you smoking what would the role of the XF2 be then? because as far as i am aware both are multi role focused on air superiority
