The J-8F gets by with 6 PL-8’s, which isn’t a bad loudout when paired with its HMD
But PL-12’s would make it a much more rounded aircraft for its competition

That’s the J-8F right? i’d argue a big mig-21 is far more competitive than a strike craft in flight performance
Suffers from the delta wing syndrome, great in a first turn but gets eaten by anything in a prolonged fight
