The MICA first tests were in 1991 and the Mirage 4000 saw the last improvements between 1987 and 1990 so yeah, very unlikely that mirage 4000 was even tested with MICA :C

Also would be sad to add a so early Rafale honestly. We have more Mirages variants to close some gaps.
Actually, i think the Mirage 4000 right now would be slightly inferior to F-15 and Su27 (but not that bad), BUT if it come alone in the state of the game we have here, it could wipe the floor.

Also they passed the Rafale B F4, i don’t know if you have any idea how it’s radar would be like Sauron eye in actual meta XD (advanced AESA)
