The AIM-9Li is a rough equivalent to the AIM-9M, so it would be good right now.

I use the F-14B quite frequently, and I do well enough in top tier with Aim-9L.
I suppose if the Gripen gets good radar missiles then it wouldn’t have to depend as heavily on Fox-2s
So the subsonic being dragged into top tier with a 48KM+ map with aircraft that can go like 300MPH faster then it.

No, it is not the subsonic aircraft’s fault. It is Gaijins fault for designing the maps and gamemodes in a way that detriments subsonic aircraft.
