Canada has an aviation industry, and it would maybe lead to more aircraft down the road.
Australia doesn’t have as much to offer. That’s my speculation at least.

Yes, however it was added an update after, as was the MiG-29A 9.12A and MiG-19S, and don’t even get me started on the MiG-21bis-SAU and MiG-23MLA.
