I think cf18 would make more sense before the RAAF f18 because it carries aim 7’s and ASRAAMS arent in the game yet so maybe cf18 is added then early next year australian one?
I highly doubt they would add both the canadian AND the australian ones to britain, unless one of them were to become premium

They added the air-launched Exocet to the files recently, maybe in anticipation of creating a point for them soon ? Plus the Italian IDS has an unused loadout for AS.34 too.
idk it adds more options without them having to design an entirely new plane to add
Both countries use the f18a and f18b variant according the Wikipedia so maybe one in jet bomber or strike tree and other in a fighter tree

The RAAF Hornets just make more sense when it comes to future proofing and there is precedent for them, as Britain is the home for all RAAF planes so far.
