On 3 km, maybe kh-38mt can take it, due to it’s speed, but for it shoot’s down my LJDAMS dropped from 1.8km
This worst outcome is infinitely better than it not being added at all tbh

You’re right. It’s stating the specifications and features of EPAWSS which includes spherical RWR, band coverage and ESM. That they omitted the implementation of ESM from EPAWSS while fixing the other 2 aspects seems like a deliberate decision not to give it ESM.
The other problem is that developers when implementing a report will state internally something to the sort of, “We will only implement band coverage and aspect coverage for now, we won’t implement ESM on it for now”. But this type of comment or conversation never makes it to the public, and technical moderators that can read this type of comment cannot publish the developer’s comment to the greater public due to NDA.
