can someone explain why the irbis radar has a vertical scan angle of 9* max ? or is that what gaijin thinks they have ?

the 30SM2 also has worse vertical gimbal limits than the EF
I suspect is something they made to kinda separate PESA and AESAs, most new AESAs in game are 15-30 vertical scan
well yeah that’s obvious, not really useful in practice since both aircraft are usually high up anyway
