Representation should not be higher up than needs especially when there is a limited amount of developers and hours available.
AT best it’s like one C&P with genuinely 1 unique design for top tier
tbf India currently has as much representation as Australia and more then Canada for air and more then both for ground so I wouldn’t say they aren’t represented

The mode lock means some things previously not possible may now be open to further consideration in the future yes. But there are still other balance related matters and issues that need to be properly evaluated before any concrete considerations can be made. So at this time, we don’t have anything new to announce for now.
