Is the defending team going to be US destroyers or is it going to be nation known most for its ASW?
Given it will be US vs GER submarines
US getting SUB as well, for this update
Homing torpedos, it seems.
and again. called it. Everyone else has to wait ages to get sub-trees but Germany and US gets the straight away

Leopard 2A8NO coming aswell?
Not watching the stream — are submarines in a separate tree? Or separate lines in the coastal or bluewater trees?
Sweden gets it as well so either 2A8NO or 123B?
Yup, pack it up and be ready for the hate

They said that’s how they are just going to be testing them for the event

Just give it a rest

and then they said that when added to the full game, the US and Germany would get them first. Everyone else will follow at some point afterwards
iirc, the torpedo will follow a pre-programmed bearing. It is not a homing, it only adjusts its course after launch to a preset heading

123b doesnt exist yet, and in question right now if the strv even gets APS in real life
Most new types of vehicles when they joined the game (tanks, ships, helicopters) came for two nations first initally. This really should not be a suprise at this stage
