Yeah, but MiG-25 has the same problem, except for on it’s BR jets are slower and get to him much later than he gains his speed and altitude.

The context was clearly on the British tree. You then diverted this to purely domestic vehicles.
Things are being framed often that British content is somehow lacking in comparison to every other nation. When Britain factually is actually on the upper end of content even domestically for nations of a similar size. Not even counting the sub tree content additions.

You can sideclimb and get up to mach 2 in any flanker model in about 3 minutes, the 31 has signifigantly more thrust so sideclimbing in it should not pose an issue
