To be honest, this always read (to me, anyways) as a general restriction to us not sharing restricted material (which, fair, and tbh, common sense) anywhere.
But it doesn’t address his core question: it stops us from sharing, but nowhere does it state you (developers) can’t/are restricted from using info from restricted materials internally.
Doesn’t matter even if they remove it

So far we have had no evidence to suggest its restricted. But will continue to review its credibility and origin.
