Thanks for sharing the image, but this isn’t modeled yet.
The actual reason the missile still went for him is probably because the jet doesn’t cool down immediately when you shut off the engine, and all aspect seekers don’t need to see an engine plume to lock on. Surface heating from aerodynamic friction is enough.
Utter nonsense. The tanks listed above actually got worse after the flood of IFVs, AFVs, and other vehicles with autocannons. Meanwhile, the T-72, as before, is practically immune to them and has way too much survivability for its BR.
That missile shot me down for the second time, even though I turned the engine off almost right after spawning and was just gliding. The temperature was equal to the ambient temperature.
what about the us xm8? m774 shell? its sitiing at a br of 9.7. but the t72A has a better gun, uo to +400mm of pen at 10 degrees, but sits a a br of 9.3, has composite armor, good speed( reverse not inclueded). Well the xm8 get sume additional armor, but it makes it slower. put the xm8 at a br 9.3
I have the XM8, it’s quite good and should definitely not be lower than 9.7. You’ve never played it and it shows.
It’s a light tank, armor is not the most important aspect. You should instead consider it’s superior gun handling (over double the traverse speed and vertical depression), 5 second reload, and superior mobility.
Now IDK about you, but I’d much rather yeet a dart with 372mm pen every 5 seconds as opposed to 440mm pen every 7 seconds.
Lmao. It’s protection against autocannons is the only good thing about the T-72A/M1 lmao, the tanks I mentioned are better in pretty much every other way.
To be honest i dont give a sh*t about the ”reload buff” it’s like a marginal difference, and it’s still slower than nato tanks so i don’t really see this as a buff.
I also want to note that i don’t think any nato main should get angry at this ”buff”, it’s extremely small and it doesn’t really impact the game
