ARH RIM-162 have full 10 inch body, this one have different GCS and seeker.
Maybe warhead really different, cuz in RIM-162 block 1 it is in this place.

No, block 1 also has TVC, but as I said, this is only for vertical-launch missiles

Not at all strange. With a vertical launch with such small rudders, the turning radius will be extremely large, and the RIM-162 is the third from the end of the ship’s protection system. After it, only Rolling airframe missile and Phalanx.
There is of course footage of the launch of test missiles with Tvc on it, but that was 8 years ago, when ESSM Block 2 was only teste
But, again, ESSM is one thing, but proving that AMRAAM-ER can use TVC is another.
could be that TV was mainly used to get from an upright position to a horizontal one like on the TOR

so it has no improvements in performance? Thy sweden EldE usually called worst new SPAA, is there even a reason to add this then?

same missles, similar radar (worse iirc) so no reason to add it really
as for EldE worst spaa i will disagree,
yeah gaijin messed up the mobility on it but thats the real only issue
when the other good new sams were 12.0 it was the weakest new one i agree, but since its still at 12.0 while the rest isnt its imo the 2nd strongest 12.0 spaa (only beaten by the pantsir)
(though i cant speak for that chinese one idk if its good or bad or anything)

yeah! I wanted the Rapier so bad but it turned out pretty useless :(

only way i could see them add it is if they make those 5.7 ish br packs with 2 tanks and 1 aa at higher tiers
so then you could get 2 norwegian tanks and that sam in a pack maybe
but otherwise no i dont see any reason to add it
