Theres stuff talking about it but the SLM has a nose cone that detaches after a bit to protect the cone below iirc. It was used by gaijin to nerf seeker range of the SLM. You’d need to ask the Germans on that as im not well versed in the SLM system

SL is just sufface launch, how can you know the diff between it and the SLX or even SLS which is also an SL missle
SL is the name of the missile used by the SLM. SLS uses the base IRIS-T, and SLX is called SXL.

bug report about the NASAMS 3 radar, spins too slow and also too little range

That’s just scan rate not range
Also the NASAMS should have a better version of the radar than the CLAWS
All things like rpm, range, elevation, TWS etc. we’re already reported.
since those reports are 6 mo old now i think its still best to make new ones for the new vehicle
“Deserve” a vehicle they helped develop? Mate Raytheon literally sold Australia a NASAMS 3, the US could have received a NASAM with AESA GhostEye MR. Gaijin was just lazy, they could have added a US based NASAMS with the same humvee used in the CLAWS.
