Not sure what changed in the new patch, but it is now blocked by Crowdstrike. Launching it you get the error that Crowdstrike Falcon Sensor has detected malicious behavior.
Then Steam says "War Thunder Failed to start process for this game : “Access is Denied.” (0x5)
