They don’t even fix bugs which were accepted, or even implement suggestions, so yeah, they’re pretty much just jumping from “pad to pad” hoping players will agree with the changes lol

My biggest problem is this, if they are also planning on adding a basket plate to cover the crew, or add in things to the crew basket (liner, gun shield armor, etc) why not say that straightforward. If they are eventually going to cave and do this, or that is the plan this whole time, why not quash community backlash by saying “our plan is to do this, and add these layers, it’s just not done yet and will be before the update.” Unless they have no intention of doing these things at all

It seems like we got baited with the transparency of the road map after the boycott and now people are used to what was like before, waiting and waiting to see what happens, while some unhappy and some neutral of the changes, Gaijin won’t say anything properly either and what they really do have in plan. But really one of the things that piss me off is that they will introduce these only to the main NATO MBTs first, and not roll out the changes to all the tank’s at the same time, at least what I think it will happen. Only the US and all nations who have Leo2s will be affected by this change by the time the update rolls out, and the other MBTs which should have them too, won’t receive them, and the T-XX Series wont receive it either because they already have the autoloader which EATS the spall and doesn’t create more like these nerf baskets and that “there isn’t enough information” or something if the autoloader and/or their basket is part of the whole horizontal drive.

This is horribly unfair and completely unrealistic.
There is no way this is a good idea. Turret baskets do not work like how Gaijin is modelling them. It’s like making the coax elevate and traverse independently of the main gun on the Leo II or Abrams. Impossible. Fake. Cartoon physics.

the community always want changes, but gaijin always phack it up by implement it horribly, they add new fire sources and didnt fix existing one like when u hit turret ring of Abrams it goes on fire and no fuel tank hit
Eh. It’s generally not in the loader’s arc of responsibility. The loader is usually tasked with the 6-10 o’clock arc. The driver and gunner are both looking from 10-2 o’clock. Generally. Thus, not really an issue. It’s also small enough you can kind of lean from one side to the other to look around it if you must. If the loader is inside the tank, looking around isn’t something he’s usually doing. He’s managing radios and feeding the weapons.

It definitely is if I’m concerned.
Polls outside the game are bogus and definitely don’t reflect what the average WT player wants.
Those baskets aren’t really well implemented, seeing how they produce more spall is comical.

If realistic damage model makes the gameplay annoying and unfun, then I rather they stick with their more unrealistic model, which mean no stupid basket and reduce the amount of destructible module hitboxes that affect the mobility and FCS of the vehicle.
