As soon as there is a competitor that makes things better, a lot of people would switch. And if there was a new realistic Tank game i would definetly test it. Doing it better than Gaijin right now is not very hard.
As ace of spades said, it’s not a fake tank, it’s just simply a camo on a variant that didn’t get it. The M4A3 (105) is another example. Irl, the bumblebee camouflage was put on an M4A3 Firefly.

There is not a single tank game that comes close to War Thunder’s realism. War Thunder is the most realistic game on the market because there is competition and Gaijin Entertainment stays AHEAD of the competition by improving.
History isn’t realism.
And these ships are not unrealistic, all their systems existed, and the ship existed.
Lying about no competition, lying about the ships’ existence, lying about War Thunder itself does not do anything to improve the game. It only makes others scoff at your posts.

Actually not so different rule as grounds and airs also follow non-finished prototypes(example, J6K1 and Yak-141).
Just they don’t need to use those things right now, while navy needs right now.
So it should get 283mm cannons just like Gneisenau

im not talking about the gun, the schmalturm turret was never going to be put on the panther two hull, the currently existing panther 2 has a panther G turret on it, but that was put on it by the US as they only found a hull. yes this panther 2 should be added to the game but it would functionally be a whole new tank and gaijin seems to have deprioritized ww2 vehicles for a while now so we’ll have to wait ig

putting the 105 wouldve required a whole new turret design, when you say it wouldve come eventually youre refering to like one guy who wrote that they could put a 105mm gun on the tiger two, which is quite different to the gnisenau which was fully planned to have 380mm gun from the start, but they ended up not doing it, very different to the tiger 2 105 and the panther 2

And i didn’t say that you could recreate the 2k+ vehicles in one hour. But its not difficult, just takes time. But not difficult. Gaijin just wants you to think that they are working like crazy but the only ones working are the server hamsters and the 3 underpaid workers that don’t get paid at all in fact and are locked in the basement.

You do realize that the Battlepass mathematically gives you more in cosmetics and silverlions than you put in as real money? And that’s if you barely play the game to get to level 75.
If you play the game consistently every Battlepass is free. My Irish friend only ever paid for 2 Battlepasses cause they get to level 125 minimum every time. Just logging in and doing dailies everyday is like level 70 - 80.
I’ve been having fun with War Thunder ever since it was a game.
If it was so easy to do better than the best competitors would’ve done it already.
As for gambling… it’s silver lions. It’s fake currency.
And the entirely optional vehicles you don’t need… There’s a reason everyone talks about the best vehicles in the game always bring up unlockable vehicles.
Lying about a company is the ultimate form of flattery and defense of that company.
Me calling out nonsense and actually critiquing War Thunder’s actual flaws is not defending or attacking, it’s acknowledging reality and coming to a conclusion.
Also $40,000,000+ of capital to create thousands of vehicles is a hard sell.
Theres only 1 toptier WW2 German Battleship currently.
Because ships require a vast amount of resources, money, and time to make.
If they limited ships to the same rules as tanks/jets, naval would be pretty bare in places.
