Nerf spaa at nuclear escalation

I think the anti-aircraft guns are too strong in Nuclear Escalation mode, and after the recent update where they nerfed the rewards for killing players, it became impossible to play because if you attack the ground, the anti-aircraft guns will shoot down players from 20 km away.
