It’s pretty easy to do with both the new flanker and typhoon. Presumably still just as easy with the yank aircraft, but I don’t like flying them.

The chinese M2K, the french one, and the Rafale carry MICA as far as i am aware, none of these planes possesses any long range missile, MICA is their main one

Spawn a tank ? Get APFSDSed from the nearby high spot, get orbital striked, KH38-ed, AASM-ed
Spawn a heli ? get Vikhr-ed, SPIKE-ed, or clapped by a random ARH
Spawn a plane ? Get absolutely bamboozled by your average angry Joe doing CAP
The maps are just too small, be it in the air or on the ground. It’s too easy to know where someone will appear and what is their most likely route

nah a cap is often enought to spaw a fully loaded plane. In my opinion the best thing to do is to just raise sp cost of aircraft an CAS ordinance.
I think that’s a pretty rubbish solution. You’ll just restrict it to the competent who won’t feed AA or CAP.
Reduction of the cost of an air platform with only AAMs would resolve much of the issue regarding toptier. As would far larger maps to provide AA new avenues to strike at aircraft, a far wider area of patrol for CAS to search for a target, and new locations for CAP to start from instead of immediately being on the receiving end of AAMs from the CAS platform.
Would also help the crossmap sniping issue into spawns in ground.

Arguably MICA EM needs a directional warhead implementation buff since half of my shots are becoming crits/assists rather than kills. The MICA suffers the worst in this aspect compared to its competitors in terms of lethality so having its directional warhead modeled would be a nice small buff.
