12? You mean 26… I have. I in-fact only load around 44 into it and have never once dipped below 14 rounds left.
Most of the time I use less than 15 rounds a match.

My bad, I didn’t check the post you responded to and thought you were speaking about a vehicle comparable to 2S38 [HSTVL], not an entirely different vehicle class.
OTOMATIC’s 13 rounds is still 3 - 5:1 KDR due to being the best APFSDS round of the ones mentioned.
It’s not going to get you nukes, but it’s enough to do well.
I also did mention adding a feature that complicates the ammo storage in a previous post that’d allow hull ammo to be more diverse.
Gaijin forces you to bring at least 5 rounds as well.
If I stopped desiring nukes or single spawn no death match longevity, I’d bring 10 - 16 round per tank, cause a 2:1 KDR is more than enough skill for me.

It’s pretty much a 10.7 vehicle now that might or might not be good for 11.0.
It’s just incredible how many of them appeared on BR 10.3 11.3, it’s just that in a team there are at least two, three, four, it’s very difficult to kill them from a helicopter. They immediately recognize the laser mark and release smoke. Their penetration is inadequate, and it penetrates almost all tanks in the lower part of the LD of the tank. They have all the modern technology. What does it do on 10.3? I don’t understand at all. This should be at least 11. I’m playing now, Americans 11.3. This is just some kind of disaster. If it doesn’t kill me, it will definitely cripple me. And besides, you don’t have time to kill them with one bullet. They damage you so much that you then become half-lived and this is normal? This is generally true.

please don’t nerf it, I just bought it and haven’t had a chance to play it properly yet because the matchmaker can’t find a match.

So as a owner of all off mentioned vehicles, HSTVL, 9040c, pumas, etc, i bought 2S38 on sale, and i always was like " no way, its under BR as f…". I even creat topics how unfair it is that 2S38 is so low in BR. BUT after i have it, now i understand and i have to change team to “its ok on 10.3”. Was really suprise how bad it feels to play compared to 9040c, its not terrible or bad, but if i will have to choose to play like tournaments or something competitive, i will go for 9040c.

I’ve been killed by it while flying at 50m altitude at 300 km/hr from a distance of 6km… so. My experience with it is only from dying at 12.0, I don’t own it
sure, if German play 2A7V like garbage to negative K/D 2A7V desrve go down BR to 11.3, right despite all of it ability?
But they don’t have negative K/D with 2A7V because that MBT is a punisher at it’s BR, meanwhile 2S38 isn’t quite like that.
sure, but i can make 2A7 negative K/D too if i want to and tell people the tank is bad deserve lower BR
is that justified enough?

It should also lose HE-VT and be replaced with timed fuze HE since it never had HE-VT to begin with.
Were you flying in a straight line? The IRST does wonders for aiming with the 2S38. But if you take evasive action by slightly varying your flight path you should be fine.
