Needing help getting in contact with a Game Masters. None seem to respond to my questions

I recently got blocked from game and need to get into contact with a GM. I have contacted 2 of them and have not heard back in weeks. any suggestions would be helpful.

Contact more GM. if that doesn’t help, contact the community manager GM.
