First time user here. I downloaded it and set the location inside my main WT folder. I’m on steam.
As I recall, it was difficult to install CDK on the Steam version by default (I’m Japanese and can’t download it from Steam, so I can’t try sry…)
The easiest way is to use the official launcher, install Warthunder and use CDK in that environment.

I found out that I was installing it in the wrong War Thunder folder. I actually had to install it inside the steam war thunder folder located inside
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\War Thunder. I
was originally installing it in WT’s AppData folder.
