I am was thinking about buying a helicopter… since it pretty much the only tech tree left in USSR that I have not got top tier and I have never played an Helicopter and need some tutorials and I would also wish how to use the rocket artiliterys and it would be nice if anyone recommend a youtube tutorial to teach me how to use it properly…
So here is currently my tech tree and I am not very sure which Helicopter are the best and It would be nice to know which tree to grind. Thank for those who are willing to help.
Use ground XP to get the Mi28NM. Or Mi35 (10.7 one) if you plan to run the TURMS/UD combo
How to use the rocket like an artilitery? I have been killed like this many time and would like to use this tatic against my opponent.

Im not quite sure what you refer to here, but you could use the IRL tactic. climb, select a target point, then dive and gain speed, once you think youre close enough climb again and launch all of your rockets at the peak of the climb before diving again.
note that this will not effective, its no more accurate than grad salvo so its more for a show rather than effective tactic.
No like those helicopter are just at there airfield and shot the rocket pod, like, at 8km.

im gonna say practise. ie. he prolly tested the angle and alt his helicopter needs to have to reach certain distance; rest of the job is done with the targeting point.
go to test drive, find yourself a target and way to measure distance from him, and just create a spredsheet logging in alt and angle of pitch at which you fire your rockets; continue firing them until you hit target at certain distance, and then move at new distance.
The rocket exploded on the sky before it even reach the target…

It is on impact fuze. It fly about 2km then it exploded… Those rocket on the video fly like 2 minutes my rocket can’t even fly for 20 second.

WHY. can you ping somebody who knows alot about WT?
It takes a LOT of practice. The starter Mi-4 is… not very good stock and it flies like it looks. I don’t think it can even pitch up enough to lob rockets.
I would recommend starting with something else like the cobras or just buying a premium. The helo grind is something… Whatever you do play the PVE helicopter mode. You get up to 3 hrs of time to learn to fly and to grind out parts and better choppers.
This question is as simple as how to put an elephant in the fridge: First, open the map and mark the location you want to attack. Second, adjust the helicopter view to cockpit view, and change the aiming mode to ground-to-surface rocket launcher at y-6-7. Third, align and fire!
What are the control for the aiming mode for ground to surface???
