Hungary, Romania, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Yugoslavia, etc. should be implemented before this, obviously. As an Icelander, I chuckled when I read Iceland - we don’t even have an army, come on!

Well, i haven’t said it has to be implemented now or before anyone else. 1 year or 10 years, well, it is the same
If you are an Icelander you should know about your coast guard and your homeguard (i dont remember the name just now) youre a Not-militarizing nation but you got some stuff, worthy of an inplemention
I generally support addition of new nations as long as they meet some standards and I’m not gonna lie, current form of the Tech Tree does not look good.
First of all, you must set proper Branches, right now vehicles are all over the place. Why does NASAMS on Medium/Main Battle Tank Branch ? Why K2 is on Anti-Air Branch ? Simply swapping places of these two vehicles would make it more appealing.
You have more than enough tank destroyer to make one Branch, you should bring them together instead of spreading them to make it look like Tech Tree has no gaps, if there are gaps leave them be. As a personal note, NM-116 does not bring anything to Tech Tree as Tank Destroyer, it would be better to classify it as Light Tank as you don’t really need a Tank Destroyer at the bracket. (I know what NM stands for, real-life classifications and doctrines differs from country to country, it is purely for gameplay purposes.)
What you should do is to split your Tech Tree into 4 or 5 Branches (5 if there are enough vehicles to make two Medium/Heavy/Main Battle Tank Branch, 4 if not).
I’m not really sure if Sweden really needs Norway and/or Denmark since Sweden already has anything a Tech Tree needs. Addition of Norway and Denmark might be redundant in Sweden but I’m not really sure what is the right way of implementation. Though, would support a proper suggestion Norway alongside Denmark but I don’t really support your project in this form, If you consider my and other suggestions and present more refined version, I will definitely support it, so I’m not voting for anything just yet

It is quite messy, but i have been working on it lately, and been trying to make it better, still not finished but hopefully soon!
I can change the Norwegian Model 116 to a light tank, the reason i choose Tank Destroyer is because that was what it was classified as historically in real life. In Norwegian that is “Panserjager”
If you talk to people that has served with this tank, you will hear it being called “panserjaget” - “tank hunted” directly translated lol, due to its bad mobility
in my opinion do separate these nations from the Swedish tree would have some benefits, the Swedish/Finnish tree doesn’t need the Norwegian and danish vehicles, and adding those might even have negative consequences on the tree, both in terms of space, grind and conflicts regarding certain vehicles

Tier III is very lacking though and the SPAA line has huge gaps (as well as the HJ launchers that really don’t fit in the line or the game at all). Is there perhaps more options to flesh these out?
There are some vehicles that i am going to add/redirect to fill the line, this and others
Might place them as event vehicles also. From what i have seen trough documentaries (videos) they can be aimed, horisontally and vertically, so there might work. But when placed as a event vehicle those wro Honest John’s arent that important, kinda.
if the devs do decide to consider those launchers one day, it would be nice, one never know
this is a deranged idea and the fact the poll, as of writing this, is 45% No and 44% yes with 11% being unsure, is c o n c e r n i n g

Now this post has been here for a little while and the first verison wich was pretty bad are the reason for a lot of no’s, i changed the techtree one day ago, if i had that techtree to ebgin with, the results might have been a little different
But, this is just a suggestion and now the devs and players know there us another possibility :)
The reorganized tech tree certainly looks much better. Though I’m still doubtful that Gaijin would make this a separate tree given the addition of Norwegian VIDAR as Swedish premium.
I’m not against adding some of these unique vehicles in the Swedish tree though. Given that Gaijin seems to now wanted to turn the Swedish tree into a hub for Scandinavian/Nordic countries, we might see more of these vehicles in the future.

I think Norway should be given to Sweden, and Denmark to BeNeLux.
That’s just me tho.

That would work but Denmark is a Scandinavian country, and with long and deep roots here so it should be added to one of those trees, Sweden or Norway

That’s also a fair position.
I think from a clutter perspective and how Denmark vehicles would help fill a potential BeNeLux tree since Luxembourg wouldn’t offer much.
What does Denmark have to do with the Benelux? Even Indonesia has a lot more ties to the Benelux (Dutch East Indies) and has way more to offer

Thats a no, top tier realy is only copy paste, that is not mentioning that the K2NO, does not exist it was a proposition that was declined, as you see with the KF41 since it was never deployed, the K2 will currently end up only in a south korea or a poland nation. The few unqiue norway vehicles can be added in sweden and danish ones in germany

Both k2no has configurations/modifications wich others dont have
So does the leopards, and the hml and acsvg5 is the most unique ones
Just because it has a common name doesnt mean it is “copy paste” look into it and the vehicles before calling absolutely evwrything copy paste
There are some non-modified wich are bought/imported of course.
Kf is placed as an event vehicle due to its useage
doesnt change that the vehicle is not in use and was not adopted, and shouldnt be put into this tree as a result
changes are minimal, it just ends up being another sweden or german tree which isnt needed anymore
the fuck you even talking about it is a tech tree vehicle if you like it or not
