NCTR does not work for F-18E in Air sim

I took my F-18E in sim and found out that the NCTR does not work. It does not show name or anything about the jet on my radar. It this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

nctr only works with the Eurofighers and SU30SM’s in sim.

To get it on the F18E, you’ll have to prove it has that feature displayed on one of the mfd’s with an appropriate source. Then bug report it at: Community Bug Reporting System

So Gaijin thinks that aircraft which have NCTR communicate only telepathically with the pilot unless otherwise proven?
