its literally the slowest thing in the entire game i dont think anyone should have to play to get 400K RP and have grind another 10K with HE alone its really bad ships should not have to use HE anymore as its almost useless at killing ships
especially when you consider it takes years 5 minute plus quene times to get into a match everything should receive there best rounds stock it makes zero historical sense aswell as playble sense as no navy ever sends a battle ship or cruiser out with only HE

do you think we should remove the stock round system for every bluewater ship

Yes for Rank VI and VII. But I think its fine below that

i think literally everything above destroyers is a good line to draw as a light cruiser facing uptiers stock with only HE sucks so like 5.0/4.7

Anything light cruiser and higher shouldn’t be HE stock.
