Currently the Nasams 3 is placed in the United States tech tree, along with sweeden, at the end of the SPAA line after the CLAWS. To research both of these vehicles you need 840k research, but whats the difference you might ask? The only difference between the CLAWS and the Nasams besides visual is the addition of the Aamram ER. I am not here to argue the effectiveness of either missile or vehicle, but what I am here to argue is why the hell do I need to research another 420k research for essentially a missile. There are so many vehicles that are foldered, but are drastically different from each other, why not this? Just add the Nasams as a foldered vehicle behind the CLAWS, since this would drop its research to most likley like 260k or somewhere around that. In short why do I have to research an extra 420k for a missile? Let me know what yall think.
They don’t folder end of the line vehicles often see F-18C and F/A-18C MLU 2 ect ect.
Normally have to wait for a new vehicle to come after for them to get foldered. Same with plenty of other nations
But those two are actually different as the MLU 2 can carry guided munitions for bombs, in adition with having HMD and other sensor upgrades, whereas the Nasams legit is just new missile and different visuals.
Both are 14.0 the same BR, again it’s the fact it’s end of the line, it won’t get foldered because it’s end of the line.
But thats dumb, grinding at least in ground arb takes for ever espically since ground didnt get the economy changes, along with overall getting less research than air.
