I don’t play on console anymore but I have a console account still as I still was on console during the last console account conversions. As I am on console, I cannot change my name without changing my Xbox id which costs £5 in the uk and I wanted to know if it was possible to change in game names without changing the Xbox id. I am not talking about if there is a way now; I wanted to suggest that the feature is created. So please snail allow us and I will feed you and not Microsoft.

You cannot change your name without doing it via Microsoft, I asked support about that a few years ago
