I had the name vladputin911 or something like that for years on warthunder - then all of a sudden came back to the game last year to see I was banned. I guess not surprised with the war etc - but I chaned it and the game masters I messaged back in July juust ignored my PMs. Now I come back again and still ignored but because I havent played the game in long enough I cant send PMs. How can I get my account back then? This game seriously has one of the most stupid banning systems I have ever seen. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it, I am at my wits end here.

Nope
Inactivity and in-game bans should not hinder you from sending private messages to any of the game masters.
You can find all the teams and the areas they handle listed here: (Who is who and Reporting Procedure). If you don’t get an answer within a few days you can add more moderators from the list to the original message instead of sending a new message (that way you preserve the date of the message and it doesn’t look like a new request), adding one of the moderators to the message every 2-3 days or so until you get an answer.
Please do not to add the seniors until you have tried all other regular moderators, the Seniors likely won’t answer unless they are added and pinged by the regular moderators but if you’ve added all the regular moderators with no answer then you can add the seniors.

Okay will do. Interesting that the senior gm replies to tell me to message other gms until one rreplies to unban me. How come you cant just unban me? Such a backwards way of doing things from gaijin. All of this could just be done by an automated process for names.
It’s one thing to have copy paste answers with standard procedures ready at a keypress (macros are my best friend) and it’s another to handle a specific cases that requires more work. :P
Why you have to do it at all when other games just have a list of names and terms you cannot input, and an automated system for changing your name/checking that it doesn’t include anything not allowed - makes no sense to me. More than a year without my account for this shit. Thanks for the help anyway hopefully someone will finally reply and sort this out.
I agree, i’ve also suggested this kind of automation (and same for in-game chat) to higher ups. Hopefully they listen and add it in the future, but i can’t personally do more than suggest things as i’m practically on the same level as any other player in that regard.
We are all volunteers with jobs/school/families/hobbies/etc outside of war thunder, sometimes life gets in the way and things take longer than expected or on rare occasions things get missed in the dussins of daily private messages. It absolutely shouldn’t have taken this long for you to get an answer and i’m sorry it did.
