My loadout and bomb chart LEGION's Ladouts is finally 100 % completely up-to-date

I removed the loadout, thanks

The loadout for the Swedish F-5A(G) includes a gunpod, which the plane does not get.

Tu-4 also has 500M instead of sv, doesn’t change the damage though (and no sane person should be flying that plane anyway…)

Fixed it thanks

Then why am I K/D positive

In SB you have to do a round trip from the runway in under 15 minutes to get any RP/SL for that interval, on the map I’ve tried this on it took about 25 with the smallest bomb load. Doesn’t help that your engines overheat on that map even without WEP, and the reward multiplier means you usually end up with even less score per run than the jet bombers in that BR, which can sometimes do 2 runs in 15 minutes and are a lot less likely to get caught. I suppose gunshipping in RB might be viable, especially since people like to just sit on your tail forever in that mode so they don’t have to lead.

Because you’re not sane? :D

If you’re trying to do a bomb chart that will survive all the updates, then you’re not sane… But I love your bomb charts… was sad when you weren’t updating it, then happy when you were updating it again, so I’m not complaining or insulting… :)

Is anyone else finding it is taking 9 x 540lb for a base with the Buccaneer S2 rather than the 8 shown on the spreadsheet?

There is a slight bleed mechanic if you get a base low enough, it will eventually die. So you could try dropping 8, leaving it for a bit and seeing if the base eventually dies

Another Buc S2/S2B loadout option is to run the LD 1000 you have shown on the Buc S1.

That will allow 3.8 bases to be taken out if someone is after absolute max bomb load

also the Harrier GR1 has 3x Napalm loadout too, which is another good option for it

In the Chinese Tech Tree, for the JH-7A, you can also take 8 500-4 retarded bombs to get 2 bases (4 each). This gives you a multiplier of 5.2 instead of 5.1 and is ~500 kg lighter (though the top speed goes down 3.5 kts since the drag is a bit higher), in addition to being easier to drop, since you can just do 2 clicks of the 4 series bomb drop. It’s close enough that I think the simplicity can be worth something.

For the SBD-3 - does the loadout depend on structural upgrades to work? I’ve got all but “Cover” and it’s saying the loadout is unbalanced.

EDIT: Just unlocked the “Cover” and it’s still not letting me set the loadout.

What does the “💡” mean?

How much basic Research Points you receive

Thanks.

Does this chart work with field bombing?(Sorry if the question is too stupid, i am just new at this)

For the Mirage 4000 and 1 base, you can take the 2 2000 lb bombs on the centerline pylon, and then 2 250 lb bombs on both forward fuselage pylons (leaving both rear ones for counter measures), and it shaves off ~200 kg of mass and ~6 kts of max speed.

Appreciate for your work on this spreadsheet, but AV-8B (NA) and Harrier T.10 don’t have the best sets.

Take a look at these ones

I’ll bother Legion on Discord later if this proves to be right, I’ll ask here first in case I did something wrong cuz he’s done more than enough for the community. In the French tree, the F4U-7 lists the following loadout for the sub-6.3 BR:

  • AN-M65A1 x2
  • AN-M64A1 x4
  • 100 No.1 x6

However, in game it prevents you from making such a loadout.
The 2x 1000lb bombs obv go on the fuselage hardpoints with the middle one empty. After that, there are four specific wing hardpoints you can mount the 500lbs bombs. After that, you can only mount one lighter bomb in the outermost slots, the intermediate slots give the error/“Attention!” popup. Most damaging loadout I managed to make is 3x 1000lbs and 10x 250lbs. Am I not understanding something or is there an oversight in the chart?

Unfortunately it doesn’t translate as well as I’d thought into arcade for non-respawning bases, after further testing it’s double health in top-tier, about 3x for 4.0 (19 FAB-100M instead of 6), and around 4x for bottom-tier
