These people would never fix the 9040 bill’s launcher. Their logic is that no document proves that it have vertical movement. The in-game model has the folder arm welded to the side of the launcher.
BUT, I find that modeling to be complete BS! LOOK AT THIS PICTURE!
The f**ing thing is NOT connected to the side of the launcher box IRL. The arm is actually connected to the round cylinder thing. And guess what, that’s a proper modeling mistake!
Now the whole design makes sense, the arm folds and unfolds the box (as marked by pink line) and the round/cylinder thing on the side of the box moves missiles vertical (marked by green line).
its just that some models get the short end of the stick,

there is differnces, between battle use or transport use
look at the bradleys only able to move their launcher while standing still
for all i know the bill is the same and only moves for easier transportation but cant actualy be used for battle
the same happens with a lot of the stuff in wt like the vilkas and the KF-41 launcher wich can be adjusted IRL just that gaijin seems to lazy it out by just “nah it cant be adjusted cuz i said so”
