The official side does not even have a consistent explanation. The Issue Tracker moderators, customer support, and community managers all gave different answers. I only shared the Issue Tracker link in the comments section of my video because I am a content creator with 20,000 followers. I simply wanted to encourage players to actively participate in improving the community. Why was my account banned?
They are talking about the bug reporting platform.
From what i have seen they have superficially inflated numbers on the “i have the same issue” button by getting mass amounts of people to click it even if they might not be experiencing the issue and/or using botted accounts to do the same.
I don’t have any insight into details though, that’s just ging by the anwsers from support and the CM.
That is not the case. I consulted three different official representatives, and each of them provided different explanations. This inconsistency is misleading and unacceptable.
I don’t personally think it’s vague. They are saying you got mass amounts of people (and/or by using bots) to artificially increase the “i have the same issue” numbers thereby spamming the site and increasing the visibility of your reports even though those that click the button might not be experiencing that issue.
Is this really my fault? I only wanted to let more people know about the Issue Tracker, because many players in China are completely unaware of its existence. They all hope that Chinese vehicles can be improved. I was simply fulfilling my social responsibility as a content creator with tens of thousands of followers.
@Smin1080p_WT I believe I am entitled to a reasonable explanation for why the statements provided by your representatives are inconsistent. I also formally request that the ban on my Issue Tracker community account be lifted.
You are wrong. You can check the issues I have submitted during this period. Almost all of them have been approved. My evidence is complete, and there is simply no way to refute it.
You misunderstood. I meant that I have 20,000 followers, not that 20,000 people clicked ‘I have the same issue’. I saw that there were originally around 400 supporters. The issue I submitted was about the explosive coefficient of Chinese vehicles, which affects a large number of Chinese missiles and shells.
in that regard not sure what you used for it, but any datamined information is not useable in bug reports either way.
And you are guilty by association, if one of your followers used bots to artificialy increase the number of “likes” share same issue, you are responsible for that action as well
You misunderstood again. We calculated the explosive yield, which can be determined from the game itself. This is completely within the rules, and the issue has already been accepted
