My game crashes on my account... not on my friends

So basically… ever since I’ve had war thunder my game has been crashing when I return to hangar after a match. on my old potato of a laptop it did that so I thought it must have been that, I saved up, got a gaming pc and it was still happening… then I somehow came to the conclusion that it was my internet because my friends weren’t having this problem on their internet? Anyways fast forward like 1 year until today… playing with my friend and I log into his account to grind a bit for him… I play like 10 battles and no crashing. I log back into my account and first game it crashes. what is happening? I really don’t want to restart as I’m level 32 ( I know it may seem low but I cant play or pay a lot ) and I’ve put like almost 4 years into the account… Pls if anyone could help!

Does your machine actually comply with the required machine standard? Which OS are you using?

im actually pretty sure youve helped me before… but im on windows and i can run on max graphics with ± 150 fps

Can you please first try the options below and see if these fix the issue.

Please update Windows as indicated by both AMD and NVIDIA FIRST. As indicated at their sites - then:

Please clear the cache, verify the files and remove all custom content.

If this does not correct the issue, please do the following.

Can you please remove the current graphics driver(s) using DDU (or similar). https://www.wagnardsoft.com/

Please ensure that you follow the instructions and use Safe Mode.

Then re-install/install the latest driver(s) and re-test.

If the above does not correct the issue, then please report it to the Technical Forum here Gaijin.net // Issues Select your Operating system etc. Or you can report it from the game under the Community tab in the hangar.
In order to investigate issues thoroughly we need ALL the files asked for. We need the game version, Screenshots of any UI error messages, Replay’s(both client and server - if available), clog, Problem Report Files(.dmp), Crash ID(if presented) and Dxdiag.

Yes. We will need all the files etc to look at. While we understand that some people have this(or similar) issue. Not everyone has it.

Use the Crash Category for either Win 32 or 64 whichever your system is.
