Honestly, this just looks like a bunch of copy paste or vehicles (or slight variations from existing ones) with basically no real original designs inbetween.
What would be the point of adding such tech trees to the game?
(I’m not trying to be mean, mine Is a genuine question)
Like @NOT_AN_ENEMY said, there are just too much copy paste vehicle to make a tree. I would find this tree more interesting as a sub-tree (with only unique vehicles) to complete an already existing tree, for example the English tree
EDIT :
If (for example) you add these vehicles to the English tree, it would complete it without any copy paste. (I intentionally did not add the F-18s because they are not in the game at the moment but they would also complete the tree)
there is some Australian designs that were heavily modified and that of for example a CAC kangaroo has a more powerful engine and the cac sabres also were modified and there was whale shark (CAC 23) a protype supersonic fighter that was cancelled and replaced by sabres
so why is israel, china, and partially japan in the game then because majority of their trees are copy paste and there are australian designs as well and it would bring way to having a tech tree that could compete to be better than the USA or Germany maybe even russia
I agree with you for these nations, they have a bit too much copy paste vehicle.
But Japan has mostly unique planes and a lot of unique tank.
Do you really believe in what you are writing ?
It is not because you are adding 7 Mosquitoes, 5 Beaufighters, 4 P-40 and most of British and American WW2 bombers that you are creating a new tech tree
There is only 10 or 12 really unique planes in the 110 planes that you propose. That’s less than 10%.
For the tanks there is 6 or 7 unique vehicle in the 60 you propose.
Australia is suited as either a sub tree or being integrated with other nations, such as Canada, or a Pacific Nations tech tree. It will never be an independent tree.
Btw why have you listed a Centurion Mk 10 (not used by either country) and an M88A2 recovery vehicle as an SPAA? Some other vehicles in there have no place in WT either, Bell 47 Sioux and Taipan for example are unarmed.
this was only a draft but as you were saying it is a good idea to integrate oceanic countries as well including fiji although their air force doesn’t exist anymore and possibly even add PNG, the Philippines and indonesia into one large tech tree that could be a competitor for the top spot instead of the flop known as the Israeli tech tree
You missed most of the interesting aircraft we (ANZACs) have/had. Also no mention of the Super Seasprites which have only been used by non US nations like us.
Anyway MB339, A-4K, Seaprite variants, Avon Sabre, Kangaroo would be better off as an ANZAC sub tree within The Commonwealth Tree (read GB).
