Why does my account keep getting logged in by someone other than me? I’ve already linked it with Gaijin Pass, but someone keeps logging into my account, and I haven’t given my account to anyone else.
It’s been like this since 2 PM Beijing time. Every time I log into the game, someone else has already logged in and I can’t play normally.
I too have been getting this error the last hour or so.
I’m assuming it must be a new bug, there have been a ton of reports over at community.gaijin.net and login.gaijin.net doesn’t show that anyone other than myself has logged in to the account.
Edit: I switched over to the WiP/Release Candidate launcher and its solved the issue of being logged out.
This is really weird, gaijin pass told me it’s a login request from Frankfurt
Known issues with the servers, the notifications seems to be false.
If you still feel like something might be happening to your account then change password and activate the Two Factor Authentication if you haven’t already done so.

So that’s how it is. Are you saying our server is a potato?

I was concerned when I lost connection during a match with the message:
" connection error : your account is currently logged in on another device. if this wasn’t you, please contact our support team "
immediately started rotating passwords across various accounts including war thunder as a precaution. very glad to see a fix already!
