My account is banned for my name

Well while i was doing the steps changing my name i tried to message a game master but here is the problem when i send the message it says ( An error occurred: You must play battles in game, in order to be able to post )

Ok, there is one issue, I am guessing this is new account, created only to discuss the ban.
Please use the account you are using to play to contact GM via PM.

I am sure that this is the one I am using to play ,also I have not played the game for 13 days

Well, I cannot find such account, so do GMs :(
If you are sure this is the account you play in game, please contact Support, they need to check it (due to the fact, that GMs cannot help you).

my main account is called ILOVENEGGERS dont tell me why this was the name i was crazy i think

An account with that name does exist and is banned for name.
That is the same name as the account was banned for so it has not been changed.

In case you did try to change the name but the change did not go through and the free use was used up anyway then please contact support.

If you have had a different name previously and then changed to this name that the account was banned for, then the next name change does cost money and there is sadly nothing we can do about it.

Every player gets one change of name for free, all subsequent ones need to be purchased.

Any exceptions from this rule are completely out of question, because then everybody will come and claim to get another name change for free.

So my account is now lost

Why? You can still purchase a name change.

Note also that when someone uses a name change, he is explicitly warned that any future name change will need to be purchased. People ignore such warnings all too often, sadly.

There is a problem in the new policies of the credit card in my country that cant do this action
