If your Spotify music keeps cutting off after loading, there are several potential solutions you can try to resolve this issue. Here are some common fixes:
- Log Out of All Devices:
- Sometimes conflicts between devices can cause playback issues. If you’re logged into Spotify on multiple devices, consider signing out of your account on all of them and then signing back in.
- On mobile (iOS and Android):
- Open the Spotify app.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right to access settings.
- Scroll down and select “Log Out.”
- On the web (Mac and Windows):
- Visit the Spotify website.
- Log in to your account.
- Click your account name and choose “Log out.”
- Note that this method doesn’t work for TVs, speakers, or gaming consoles. [For those devices, you’ll need to remove access individually via your account settings on the Spotify website]

- Open your phone’s Settings.
- Go to Apps.
