Multiple cannons are pointing downwards a few degrees and the bullets never meet the reticle's vector

There are a number of cannons that never get to meet the line that the reticle crosshair draws between the gun’s barrel and the horizon (which in most cases coincides with the aircraft’s trajectory). Some examples are:

-Type 99 japanese naval 20mm cannons
Notice how the rounds never coincide with the plane’s trajectory marked by the tiny round circle over the crosshair

-GSH30-1M 30mm autocannon

Others I don’t remember.

i dont think they’re meant to meet should the trajectory be different from the bearing (is this what is called? i dunno)

some are purposefully pointed down thou, like the jf17

yes the jf17 has low gun angle, i heard it on DCS (Growling Sidewinder) on his jf17 thunder vs f18 1v1 video

Try messing with vertical targetting.

At least in props, most gunsights are calibrated for ~300 or 400 meter convergence & vertical targetting. Shooting without VT means the bullet wont behave as the gunsight advises.

I knows this is RB but same might apply.
